Best Face Cream, Oil for red marks/scars ?

Can anyone help please.

I used Accutane many years ago, It cleared my acne but I am left with red marks and uneven skin tone.

I have been taking Flax seed oil and drinking loads of water that seems to help is there any other suggestions ?

maybe some cocoa butter? it's used a lot to even out skin tone.
