younger bro needs help...

My 15 year old brother has just started lifting weights now for the past 2 months...he's 6'1'' 160....i'm 19 at 6'2'' 230...i did not start training serious and Heavy until 2 years ago. I do a basic 4 day split

Shoulders/Tris/Traps
Legs
Calves/Back/Rear Delts
Chest/Bi's

My quest is...what routine should i set my little bro up with....right now i have him circuit training Mon/Wed/Fri with just some weights we got in the basement...should he train bodyparts once a week...or this is good to build a good foundation....Thanks in advance for any help....
 
i'd make sure he does his basic compound movements and id limit it to 2-3 times a wk,@ a young age he will get burn out on it real quick

Do whatever workout allows you to see progress on each and every workout. You should be able to increase the weight or # of reps per set of each exercise. If you can't, something needs to be changed.
