Ok question: what do you think about taking Microecon and Macroecon at the same time m-f 6:00-9:35pm. Summer classes so its just 6 weeks....will I burn out?

Lifting will definately suffer, and no social life....but the one I have is almost non existant anyhow.....I need the wiseman's advice please:)

Since all the fundamentals of micro are applied in macro I wouldn't do it. You get through micro with all the basic details of how the national system of accounts works, velocity of money, and the basics of forecasting.

These are applied in macro which incorporates marginal accounting issues. So it would get pretty hairy if you took them at the same time.

I agree with Wodin - many concepts of micro economics are the basis for understanding macro. You could probably do both at the same time but it would be alot easier to take macr after micro.

Thanks Wodin......So I might just take micro, and macro in the fall. Thanks again for your help.....your much better than any of those "advisors"..."sure take them both and take those other classes too"....best advice I ever got was......"yeah you sound like you know exactly what your doing"....the are so astute;)

Take the micro and if you can burn out an elective do that. -- That way you achieve your core goal of getting in two classes over the break.

Thanx Boxer

Wodin...unfortuantely I have no electives....just finance and marketing...both are not offered at times during the summer which would work with my work scheduel...oh well.....
