ok i'm kidding i do 315 sometimes
ive been messing around with 3 second eccentric, 2 second hold, 3second concentric, and 2 second hold at 2 inches below lockout. holy shit the pain and the muscle seperation. my legs are seperating all over finally. doing similar things with all of my leg exercises, hamstrings have resonped the best along with calves.
