personally, i prefer a healthy dose of fat with my burger...my low-carb lifestyle doesn't allow for super lean cuts of meat...plus i find them to be virtually inedible...to damn dry.
nope...i'm just old...and that's the only way i can seem to maintain a year-round 8-pack...plus, i've noticed a number of other benefits, not the least of which is my digestive system likes me a lot more than it did before...except for the occassional bourbon-inflicted incidents, i never get heartburn anymore...i had acid reflux pretty regularly...went away when i ditched the carbs...i pig out on the weekends, though...eat whatever the hell i want.
