i used to buy into the 'its impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time'. but no longer!


FIRST 14 DAY DNP 400mg RUN:

weight before run: 204 pounds
weight on last day of run: 196
weight after carb up: 201 pounds
weight one week after carb up: 200 pounds

SECOND 14 DAY DNP 400mg RUN:

weight before run: 201 pounds
weight last dan of dnp run: 195 pounds
weight after carb up: 202 pounds
weight one week after carb up: 199 pounds

THIRD 14 DAY DNP 400mg RUN:

weight before run: 200 pounds
weight last day on dnp: 191 pounds
weight after carb up: 200 pounds
weight one week after carb up: 200 pounds

the stats are very similiar...
but keep in mind i went down from around 14% bf to 9%.
we're talking about 10 pounds of fat loss and 10 pounds of gained muscle.

now here's the thing...
on dnp, the muscles look flat and small.
but that doesnt mean that we're not inducing growth.
after carb up, i came back stronger, bigger and leaner each run!!!!
 
Nice log satch...I'll keep my stats when I hit my DNP....now my question...what are you taking while using DNP as far as gear?
 
i like the strongest anabolics while on dnp.
so deca is top choice but make sure to run it 2 weeks prior to a dnp run to get the nandrolone flowing.

susta is good too...

for an anti-catabolic i like dbols at 30-50mg a day.
its only for 2 weeks so not too concerned about liver values.
 
super great idea!

the only problem i have with that is the shortage of pharmaceutical NPP on the market
you do know already that i'm NOT a fan of underground gear.

so for me, its pharmaceuticals all the way!
only exception is tren.

what was your diet and training like.

For example, were you eating above or at maintenance?
 
i follow what i call the '2 week yo yo diet'.

basically, the first 2 weeks is a cutting cycle on dnp.
less than 50g carbs per day, training as usualy, and cardio 4-5 times a week.

then, the next 2 weeks are bulkers.
lots of food, no cardio, training hardcore!

and repeat.
 
decided to give dnp a go while i was on my prop/tren cycle and my strength was still through the roof and the dnp combined with the tren cut me up bad. the night sweats got bad though even though i was only running 200 mg.
 
satch did you notice that your weight quite rapidly approached what it was before the cycle, but was mostly muscle gain?

there are a couple of guys at the gym who have used dnp who said this. its like their body just filled out to almost its former weight, but with lean tissue

bastards, they went from looking skinnyish and flat to looking fairly buff
 
How much of that is simple carbohydrate supercompensation?
