Approved Log Off season prep for 2026 IFBB Journal

going to make a couple of changes and see how that goes diet wise.
swapping potato out for rice
dropping some rice from a meal to add in some more fruit
moving the coco pops to post workout

5 crumpets
40g jam

200g porterhouse steak
380g jasmine rice
400ml apple juice

Back session!
Trained at a different gym to try out some of the old school nautilus back pieces, these machines are probably as old as I am but move so freely like its brand new and very well maintained.
overall a cool experience and will probably go again as it hit the back so well and moves on slightly different pathways from equipment that i normally use. The machines were good for the ego as well as you can load the fuck out of these machines.
