Check in received back, no changes this week, body weight climbed about 1kg average due to a very large cheat meal for a birthday dinner for mum (couldn’t say no)

Here’s my little data spreadsheet, checkin was Wednesday heard back Thursday morning (coach is in Thailand atm so usually a day or two difference depending on his workload)
As you can see poor effort from me on steps, and held weight jump pretty much for a full week after eating out Friday (lots of Turkish food and cheesecake)
Back on the no off plan food grind for a few weeks as I have no events on and want to stay food sensitive

Toying with the idea of running some Reta, my appetite is insane all the time and it would be good for staying very insulin sensitive and keeping blood glucose lower while on GH.
No changes to training volume this week either
