Approved Log Testosterone Masteron HGH cycle journal prep

Morning,

Apologies for not posting last week, I ended up travelling and completely forgot to upload, my weight basically maintained that week, coach said we wouldn’t push food anymore as there’s only 5ish weeks till prep and he likes my condition.

This week, weighed in at 105kg, definitely enjoyed dads homemade pizza and pancakes on the weekend clearly 🤣

Definitely more watery and inflamed this week but overall I’m not too disappointed with how my composition is holding at this weight. Drastically different shape and condition to earlier this year at the same weight.

Not sure which most muscular to run with yet out of these two:

Definitely need a significant more amount of muscle before I attempt the “crab” most muscular 🤣

Training wise everything has been going so well. I even finally attempted 3 plates per side on my smith machine RDLs and felt amazing, I had a minor hamstring tear at the start of the year before posting on here so feels good to move some weight again. When I tore it I was running 4pps for my RDLs, so I’ll increase little by little every 2-3 weeks till I’m back there pain free and without being terrified of tearing it again.

Another thing I changed recently was removing melatonin from my daily regimen, as I noticed a massive difference without it and would like to not be dependent on something that’s been recently banned in Australia

Food sitting at the same 3220 cals roughly.
I probably will gain a little bit more body fat in the coming month due to a few major events, but that’s alright, will be peeled af again soon enough haha

The test and mast is outstanding. the hgh is also looking good. adding in the slin will help you partition nicely @Meeksy

bros i surprised melatonin is banned in australia. @Meeksy its just a supplement. but yeah no need to be dependent on it
