Right now im on a strength program, its to prepare for the navy or something.

Oatmeal packet and ½ protein shake
34.9 carbs 40.1 protein
Meal 2
½ cup of nuts and 1/2 protein shake
50.5 protein, 26.5 carbs
Meal 3
Can of tuna and bowl of cereal
32 protein,20 carbs (depends on cereal)
Meal 4
Can of tuna
28 protein, 0 carbs
Meal 5
Whatever is for dinner usually high carbs and protein(pre workout)
At least 30 protein, 40 carbs
Meal 6
Peanut butter Sandwich, A LOT of peanut butter,
At least 30 carbs, 12 protein
Totals
Protein:192.6
Carbs:151.4
Fat:58
Cals:770.4 + 605.6 + 522
