just 1 big pimple :( how can i make it smaller asap?

i got something on tomorrow night.. and my face is all clear except 1 big pimple near my mouth...

is there anything i can do to make it smaller?
ice?toothpaste??
are any of those worth putting on it

are you sure it isnt anything else (i.e. a coldsore?)

whenever i get em, i get some TCP and put that on it. just be careful not to leave it on for too long, as you may 'burn' the skin

Well, maybe put a really hot cloth on it for a while and bring it to a head, then take a very thin, very sharp needle and lance the fucker to get the pus out of it. If you get desperate, a little bit of foundation in the right shade could do you a lot of good.
