Including everything: gear, ancillaries, supplements, gym fees, gym clothing, syringes, lab tests/doctors (only gear related), gas to come and go to the gym, subscriptions (magazines/web sites), etc...
I could technically say $0 like I did because profit I make from other things... I typically use to support my next cycle... along with that I just work out up at school which is about 5 minutes from my house, it's is nice... but techically I spend nothing of my hard earned money on anything =)
If your food bill does not = or exceed your gear purchased then you should get off the roids till your diet is sorted ... Roids , you cycle on ... food you intake 6 times a day !!
Unless your wasting your money on protien powders ( which most end up as undigested rotting goo in your guts anyway ... thats why BB are known for farts that can peel paint ) then " real " protien sources worth putting in your body cost money ... grain feed chicken .. range eggs .. farm raised turkey ... wild meat like elk , buffalo or moose ... when was the last time you bought a big bag of bulk nuts ? shit d-bol costs less then nuts these days ..
You city boys should take a trip to a broiler ( what a chicken farm is termed ) and take a look at what the chicken you buy from the store eats !!! You will be so turned off that you'll swear off chicken forever ... same goes with mass egg production ...
Feedlots for beef is almost as bad .. the amout of crap they feed and inject into these feeders to get a few extra pounds is sickening ...
BB diets are not cheap ... drugs do no good without a proper diets so the two together can add up in a hurry
Normally somewhere between 200,- and 700,- including supplements and the exact amount depends in the steroids(not every month) Food is not included. I must say that I've had months where my spending has qualifyed for the to biggest alternatives....
I don't spend all that much money on food, probably less than 100$ a week and that includes eating out quite a bit (Subway, Quiznos).
There IS a cheap way to get plenty of protein and nutrition. Here is what much of my diet consists of:
-peanut butter -90% lean ground beef
-wheat bread -Chili-Man brand lean beef chili w/beans (50 g protein per can)
-skim milk -Optimum Nutritioin brand Gold Standard whey
protein,costs me 50$ for a two month supply w/ 2 shakes a day
-generic chicken breasts
Where I live you can go to the butcher and by 1/2 a cow for $400. Then another $100 to have it butchered any way you want. The problem is the freezer room
