Got reprimanded for supposedly dropping weights at gym during deadlifts

Next time you see her, tell her to shut the fuck up and suck your dick while you lift!!! 300+lbs is not gonna be set down lightly by anyone. So keep slamming the weights and keep it pushing!

lol I don't think anybody would have the balls to say that to a lady trainer/supervisor/whatever the f she is

jackangel is right burn that motherfucker down

I lift at a YMCA, too. The good thing about mine is that a bunch of huge guys have been lifting there forever and are friends with management. They pretty much get what they want eventually (heavier dumbells, more cages, etc.)

The whole situation is rediculous. I would go talk to someone higher up about it, tell them you don't appreciate being warned for performing an exercise that atheletes perform all the time.

lol i like the "If we can't lift loudly the terrorists win" line. :) Very funny.

this happened to me in 2003 I had to leave the y to get power racks, big benches etc. In 2005 I had to leave the gold's-type gym i was at because of chalk (yes, I promise this will be an issue) and going over 405 on squats/deads (scared of their liability/insurance policy). You either have to find a real gym, a power lifter gym, or build your own. I built my own own at home. It was worth it and not as much as you think.

Hit it and then get to a real gym. you're just growing up, time to leave the nest.

true, and if they're so worried about weights busting through the floor then they should of put the weight room on the bottom floor. Not that it matters because I highly doubt that an incident like that will ever happen, construction of the floors in a building are very stable to avoid crap like that.
