bro on ranch we like to grow veggies

On the Ranch I grew up on we liked to grow Thoroughbred horses. They always used a higher protein feed than saddle horses.

I eat some veggies and don't have a problem with it, but just not my thing. I generally don't eat for pleasure except for dinner and eating half a pound of chicken fills the gut and keeps me from getting hungry.

Weight: 182.0 lbs

Leg day:

Front squats with Front squat bar - 1 set at 70 lbs for 10 reps, 1 set @ 160 lbs for 10 reps, 1 set @ 210 lbs for 6 reps, 3 sets @ 280 lbs for 5 reps

Hip thrusts with Pause at the top - 3 sets of 12 @ 225 lbs

Straight leg dead lifts - 3 sets of 6 @ 225 lbs

Leg Press - 3 sets of 20 with sled + 270 lbs

Seated calve rasises - 3 sets of 20 with 90 lbs


Breakfast: Yogart

Morning snack: Banana

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: Steak and Asparagus with side salad

Good night of sleep. Issues with getting into my workout but did it anyway.

i dont know bro i cant do it with just protein for me i gotta have carbs or fats + protein
