Hey Rio,

While the infected testicle had the mass gain in it, the other one seemed to shrink a little.

I also got Gyno before my AAS use (estrogen levels to high)

What do you make of the statement above?

Also, I only plan on running Test, EQ, Deca, dbol, and maybe tren (not at the same time)

Since I cant use HCG for PCT, is clomid still okay? (if indeed you inform me that running a few of the compounds above is okay)

Diabolical i had very simular problems 25 yrs ago myself as far as being cancer free they give you a grace peroid of 5 yrs,if no new maligament cells develop during that time then you are home free as far as aas usage i would reccomend starting at a low dose and work from there!

You are probably referring to seminoma, it´s the most common test malignancy, as testicular cancer is the most common malignancy in young male adults between 15 and 30yold.Genetic predisposition,atrophy( shrinkage) of testes is one possible cause, and hormone fluctuation, specially high estrogen levels have been linked to it.

The gyno was from andro (i know...i know..tisk,tisk)
Could this have played a role in my cancer?

So, I could use a low dose (500mg of test) before the 5 years of remission, then once remission is complete...I can do cycles of choice and not just test only?

If so what kind of chances are we talking about here?

Actually nobody knows that, it has never been linked directly.
But since testis cancer is more frequent ( in the genectically predisposed between ages 15-35) if testis atrophy is present , if hormonal gonadal fluctuations happens and estrogen level are high, and all these can happen during AS usage, I say I wouldn´t be confortable to take chances just because there is no specific evidence . I mean,Testis cancer incidence is rare, and there is not a single case related to AS usage, but if I have had it and there was the slightest chance of it being gonadal hormone related , I wouldn´t touch AS again.But hey, that´s me.

Do you mean full fledged gyno or hard lumps or soreness of nipples? I get lumps and soreness under my nipples when I'm not on a cycle. What does this mean?

I got full fledged gyno......as for you....I think it is just the estrogen rebound after coming off of the anti-e's post cycle.

I think he meant NO AS for 5 years , and if still clear, go for it.
As for Test usage, I wouldn´t consider it even with anti aromatization. Non aromatizing would be better, but I still don´t think you should gamble with that. As far as Cancer goes CURE is not guaranteed upon removal of the mass, but if you stay clear for at least 5 years . I really don´t see how you can do any cycle without causing gonadal hormone fluctuation. I´ll meet some URO surgeons tomorrow, see what I can learn from them then I´ll keep you informed, OK?

I know I can use Var(promotes no tissue growth, clinically proven...natty at steroidology uses to prevent wasting)
and maybe I could use Var and EQ (low aromitization)
