Increase the test from 125mg to 250mg this week. Upped the training to 5 days this week with moderate intensity which will increase over subsequent weeks. Calories have been upped to approx 2700 with macros of 200p/70f/300c. Will maintain these calories this coming week.
Added in bpc at 250ug twice daily and 1mg tb500 twice weekly toi assist with some scapula niggles.
Blood pressure sitting around 110/70.
