1) Ok im on the Vertical Bench Press machine pushing out 135 (its heavy for me OK!) and then this dude comes up to me and says "dont strain ,straining wont get you anywhere, i used to go to a gym and the trainers said not to strain it wont get you anywhere" --WTF?? i wanted to telling him to fuck up but i was still pressing...dude was taller than me but had no bis/tris/lats/chest/legs/shoulders --err..you get the picture...anyways he gos away from me and he then plays "personal trainer" with one of this friends he says "here, i'l take you around the gym" so he akes him to the lat pull down machine then to the leg press machine then to the vertical b.p machine!! i had to go downstairs for some air, i couldent stand those stupid fools!
2) we got our first girls in the gym (first and last time they will ever come into the place i bet), they sit on the rowing machines and use the machine with one simply "staic" movement which is sitting on the machine doing nothing! WOW!
3) but a classic gym tale is once afterschool ,i was up there as usual and these 110-120 pound asian guys come up for a "workout",then this white chick no white girl comes up and chats/watchs them and in the most amazing feats of raw power i have ever seen they lifted 10 pounders up! WOW! ..then i come over and pick up the 55's and the girl was like "shit look at him!" then all of them looking at me! fuck that was a massive ego boost, if only the girl wasent 14,short and ance cover...oh well
