Do you ever putchase additional warranties on non-automotive stuff?

So on the last one I shelled out some bank for the apple plan...

I haven't. I figure that it's unlikely that I'll have the electronic gizmo that I'm buying in a few years anyways.

For a lap top I most definately would. Shit always gets dropped or wet and they fix it for nothing. Of course you have no computer for 3 weeks which sucks.
