Cardio Requires 50 Times More Dicipline Than Lifting Weights!

it depends who you are talking to.........for a cross country runner cardio is "FUN", i see them half ass it in the weightroom all the time
 
I just recently discovered that the tv on my treadmill picks up the ppv porn channels pretty clear. I look forward to cardio now.

lol@ easy! hhahha THat wouldnt fly to well running or doing sprints with a woody! I think that it would put a serious dent in your cardio session (no pun intended), plus you will be losing more blood to your wood. To each their own though I guess. I just like to have rockin tunes.

OMG yes i hate cardio, for all the above stated reasons. I found a great solution though. If you guys have a park or a YMCA or soemthing around that has bball courts with people always playin pickup games, marinate yourself with yohimburn and head out. It helped my cutting sessions so much. A park not too far away from me has a whole bunch of kids who are pretty damn good, playing pick up games startin from like 4 till 8. I just go there, play a fullcourt game or two, and call it a day. It's fun, and being a juicehead makes it more fun. Why? I hate losing, so if I do, I'll just each member of the winning team 10 feet into the air, so they dont make the same mistake next time. I refuse to spend any time on the tredmill anymore unless the weather is shitty that day.

I do 45 min stairmaster everyday and 5 x a week at least Ill do 30 more in the evening, I got my bigscreen and DVD and its much easier than lifting for me. I think my body has become immune though because I am not losing that much weight.
 
I agree satch......sex is great cardio..besides, after you get into better shape, you can try different positions with her like lifting her up and down..you know, be creative.....the point is, not only will you get your heart rate up, but you can achieve some nice pumps too..lol.
