OMG yes i hate cardio, for all the above stated reasons. I found a great solution though. If you guys have a park or a YMCA or soemthing around that has bball courts with people always playin pickup games, marinate yourself with yohimburn and head out. It helped my cutting sessions so much. A park not too far away from me has a whole bunch of kids who are pretty damn good, playing pick up games startin from like 4 till 8. I just go there, play a fullcourt game or two, and call it a day. It's fun, and being a juicehead makes it more fun. Why? I hate losing, so if I do, I'll just each member of the winning team 10 feet into the air, so they dont make the same mistake next time. I refuse to spend any time on the tredmill anymore unless the weather is shitty that day.
