Cardio Requires 50 Times More Dicipline Than Lifting Weights!

You shouldn't need to do more than 15minutes of cardio a day. If you do than look at your diet and lifting program for flaws. Just my opinion.
 
Tell me about it, I've done an hour every morning for the last 14 weeks.....not too mention a lot of "double" sessions
 
Same here...I've been doing cardio 5 x per week since Feb. and lifting in the evening....Thank god I'll be finished up in Oct. If I had to do it year round..I swear eventually I'd lose it and climb up to the roof of a building naked with a rifle and take out EVERYONE!

I do 50mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine..listen to some FAST beats and pedal my ass off.
 
I worked out with weights all through high school then stopped when I moved away from home. When I first got back into weight lifting I was doing BJJ training 5 or 6 times a week. I found cardio to be a joke, I could get on a machine and go as long as I wanted.
100lbs later and cardio is a major chore.
 
You,re not wrong there. I'll get the weights done for sure, usually no matter what. Cardio on the other hand, is a whole different story.
 
Cardio can be complete bollocks on the cardio machines in the gym (unless some girls are around). Some friends run/bike outdoor to make it more bearable
 
My only cardio is cycling... on a real bike, either down by the river or through the woods. I never get bored and it's quite relaxing.
 
get on top of your girlfriend and fuck her for 15 minutes non-stop.

you'll kill 2 birds in one stone!
