Same here...I've been doing cardio 5 x per week since Feb. and lifting in the evening....Thank god I'll be finished up in Oct. If I had to do it year round..I swear eventually I'd lose it and climb up to the roof of a building naked with a rifle and take out EVERYONE!
I do 50mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine..listen to some FAST beats and pedal my ass off.
I worked out with weights all through high school then stopped when I moved away from home. When I first got back into weight lifting I was doing BJJ training 5 or 6 times a week. I found cardio to be a joke, I could get on a machine and go as long as I wanted.
100lbs later and cardio is a major chore.
Cardio can be complete bollocks on the cardio machines in the gym (unless some girls are around). Some friends run/bike outdoor to make it more bearable
