Can heavy flat bench dumbell flys build pec mass???

I would suggest heavy cable crossovers they do wonders for me. Just have someone help you get them in position to prevent injury on your shoulders.

flyes paired with flat dumbbell presses will bring the mass. I never got much from benching personally
