I posted a thread the other day exemplifying how little people know about nutrition (I read another message board that only focuses on weight loss). It is really rare to get two gems this good posted to the board in one week, but it happened, & I had to share.....here's a post from today:
"I have lost 50 pounds in 2 months I am so happy!!! I have worked my butt off. I drank about 300 ounces of water per day and eat only a carrot each evening along with a bowl of beans my stats are:
200/150/125
I feel like running around the galaxy 80 times!!!!!!"
