Jeez, where were you guys yesterday (Rangerx, Nautica, machine) when I fighting with a bunch of little college punks who
couldn't afford ALA?

It's pretty funny how they run the fuck
away when they start to see the cold hard truth smack em in
da face. Oh well.
I have to thank Fonz for one of the first (and most informative)
post's about ALA. I have done a LOT of research on this myself
and thanks to Rangerx (who I REALLY have to thank) for getting
me excited enough to try it at these doses, I have felt the power
of ALA. Diet and useage are like this,
7:00am 1Tbs Natural Peanut butter, 1/2 cup oatmeal, whey
isolate shake (40grams protien) 900mg ALA. I usually take ONLY
900mg's in the morning since morning gluclose levels are low
to begin with.
10:00am. Whey Isolate shake, trail mix (consisting of nut's and
dried fruit, 130kcal) 1200mg ALA
1:00pm Spinich Salad w 2 large Grilled Chicken breast's, 1tbls
olive oil, 1/2 cup tri-colored pasta. 1200mg ALA
3:00pm Whey Isolate Shake, trail mix. 1200mg ALA
5:30pm (Pre-workout) 1 carbo-force, 1500mg ALA
7:00pm (Post-workout) 1/2 carbo force w whey isolate. 1200mg ALA. I then eat about 1/2 an hour later usually pretty low on
the carbs. Depend's on how I'm feeling.
So this is pretty much what I eat most of the time. I don't really
care about eating the same shit every day! I am still dieting (until
Saturday!!! As you can see by the math, I am actually taking
more like 7200mg's a day. As I said in numerous post's, the ONLY
negative side effects I am feeling are tiredness (on occasion),
little moody, and pretty bad acne on forehead. It only looks
bad when you are VERY close to me, otherwise you can't really
tell. I have always had clear skin so it's a new one for me. When
I didn't take ALA for like a day and 1/2 a few weeks back, the
acne went away like magic. I'm not worried.
