My diet is on the very first page I list my macros then attached my diet template to it. My diet doesn't change its 180 grams protein which comes out to about 1 grams per lean pound. My carbs are always 100 grams spread out over 4 meals, no carbs in the first meal or the last meal. Meal 1 is always a liquid whey isolate in water. I have 3 or 4 different carb and protein Choices witch each meal. My eating has to be exactly on time this keeps my body in digestion mode all day up until maybe 1 am. My body no longer has to focus on food digestion which is very taxing, it's free to focus on body repair and maintenance. What else would you like to know about the Right Size Diet
