optimum nutrition pro complex,champion, or american whey...i trust u guys i just need a blen of protein to take

I like the EAS, but it only has two falvs. Optimum has a few more choices if you like to change it around a bit. I use both, they both mix well in a shaker.

I am not sure if price has any factor in your choice, but I think optimum is a bit cheaper per gram of protein (when you do the math).

dude i bought some simply whey from EAS, it was fine the first few shakes but it tastes so bad now, i hate to drink it. Plus its only 20g per serving. I dunno about optimium though.

I also just ordered some triple threat choc. for the first time today. I'm expecting some good things

EAS Simply Whey is absolutely horrid! I just about puke everytime I take mine. I bought it cause it was on sale, never again. Optimum tastes alot better. Strawberry is the best in my opinion.
