Hey guys,about a month ago I had what I thought was the absolute best workout of my life.3 days later I got a sore throat,no biggie right,little congestion,lethargy.Well it continued and didnt seem too serious.I didnt take it off for the gym.Well 4 weeks later (today) I actually hit the gym again.Im down 16 lbs.I did my back today....rows down 40 lbs,pulldowns down 60 lbs,deads down 70 lbs,and finally shurgs down a whopping 90 lbs.Oh yea I tried going last week for the hell of it......I did my triceps and they were sore for about 5 days.Whats is wrong with me?Is it normal for that tremendous decrease in strength for only being a month out of the gym,how about the 16 lbs I lost?
