hello everyone, i am tired of being fat and wanted to lose some fat as soon as possible. im not interested in gaining much of muscle.
i am 4' 11" tall and 140 lbs. do you think cardio 1 hour 5x a week is fine ? or is that too much?
what kind of food that i suppose to eat ?
here's what in my mind:
rice-1 cup everyday {atleast}
quaker oath- everymorning
nonfatmilk-everymoring
roasted chicken
vegetables
bread
