looking for some help....... Last Wen first set a inverted hack squats. Did two warm up sets. Loaded 380, unhooked safety, slowly came down and WHAM! my ass came out and now I have been lying on the couch for 5 days with ice and heat on my pulled lower back.

I was looking at a 10 week cycle, now that i'm 5 weeks in...
A. Do I continue

Does anyone have any good remedies for this? Looking for any advice that I can
 
I would say continue your cycle because it is not good to just quit taking gear. Maybe lower your dosages so you can recover and start training again.
