Was wondering how bad Chicken of the Sea tuna in canola oils is for you. First, canola oil is suppose to be good for you. Second, your able to drain about 80% of the oil anyway, how much more fat and calories are your really consuming?
Damn stuff tastes a lot better than tuna in water.
Plus if you you blend 2 x can of tuna w/canola, sm. clove of garlic and a spoon of lowfat mynaisse and blend in a food processor..stuff tastes just like subway tuna fish - freakin good!
