I have one tat almost 6 years later I still don't regert it. I am thinking about getting another one took my almost 5 years to come up with another suitable idea and then placement.

Same here... Mine is 3 years (got it at 40), and no regrets at all. In fact, I'm going Wednesday to get it sharpened up. When I got my nipples pierced (when it was still edgy), everyone said I was crazy, and I'd feel stupid later... There would be situations when I'd be unable to take my shirt off, and all kinds of negative sh*t about it. When is "later"??? It's been 20 years, and now they're at 6g, and I take my shirt off all the time.
