They have a creamy version...the Crunchy that I eat is not very 'spreadable' but I shouldn't be really spreading it on anything (per my diet )...
Healthiest ANPB I've found yet, thought I'd share, as everyone knows I love my PB

For those that care, I think the sodium in the Natty Skippy is like 150mg too...

it just says on the label "ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER", thought i'd try it since the smuckers pb i have, i hate..... And it didn't have mono-diglicerides and crap i can't pronounce on it, so I believe that's what they mean by 'all natural.'

the use of palm oil has replaced hydrogenated oils in a lot of foods. It does not separate like lighter oils naturally occuring in nuts.

its somewhat high in saturated fats, BUT ANYTHING IS HEALTHIER THAN HYDROGENATED OILS.

Do you guys have Kraft products in the states, if so they ake a 100% all natural PB, only thing in it is roasted peanuts.
