Thats what i have been doing....adding in shit meals once or twice a day. i drink either a metrx APM 60 or 3 scoops of whey every 3 hours, usually with some flax. and of course the usual high carb shakes post w/o (2 of them). i get like 3K cals from that....then i just grab an arby's roast beef and choc shake when at work....when i get home a few bowls of wheaties or a couple big ass blueberry muffins, or a few of them ramen noodle deals. you'll gain some fat....but hey, its not that hard to shed it off later.
