Hey ladies I'm going to post up the things I'm going to eat this week, just so I can keep track of what I ate.
Just so you know I'm eating what i want when I want, so don't hate me k
Monday
1/2C oatmeal, 1/4C blueberries, 1/2C strawberries, 1 scoop protein
chocolate chip medium latte with lots whip cream on top
protein bar
1 oz of pecans, 2 carob peanut and honey mini bars
chinese food (rice, general tao chicken, 2 jumbo shrimp, 1 spring roll)
granola bar
baby back ribs, fries, slice apples
banana split from dairy queen
