That's why most guys use the longer bar! When I get up to my last 2 or 3 sets I take quite some time before I squat because it takes me that long to recover & get another explosive pump. You'd be the same way if you had more than 1 plate on each side, tell me how quickly you get back under it when you hit 405 for 6 or 8 reps at parallel! I also sit on equipment that I'm not using especially durring squats, have the balls to ask them if you can use the bench, I'd say 90% of the time they will let you have it. Quit being a bunch of whinning pussies, hit the gym & mind your own business. If you need something or want to work in grab that little hairless sack between your legs & find some god damn courage to say something!![]()
