One thing I HATE about the gym...

You know what I fucking hate! I hate little bastards that spend more time bitching about what they hate than they do working out! Deadlifts, most people don't have the guts or brains to do! Using the longer straigt bars for curls, ever tried putting 45lb plates on the end of one of the short ones on a curl rack? When you get to that point then come see me, once you get up to 45's & you put them on the curl rack bars, they are unbalanced & will stand the fucking bar up! That's why most guys use the longer bar! When I get up to my last 2 or 3 sets I take quite some time before I squat because it takes me that long to recover & get another explosive pump. You'd be the same way if you had more than 1 plate on each side, tell me how quickly you get back under it when you hit 405 for 6 or 8 reps at parallel! I also sit on equipment that I'm not using especially durring squats, have the balls to ask them if you can use the bench, I'd say 90% of the time they will let you have it. Quit being a bunch of whinning pussies, hit the gym & mind your own business. If you need something or want to work in grab that little hairless sack between your legs & find some god damn courage to say something!   BTW.....Have a nice day! :D

:FRlol: :FRlol: Nice.

I can't stand it when i see a fucker using the squat barbell for straight bar curls, especially because we have short straight bars at our gym... I wanta mow them down!

:bigbuck:

I do that all the time, whos gonna stop me? I like doing that exercise and I like the nice big squat rack to rest my barbell on when im resting between sets instead on putting it on the floor every time like an idoit. Picking up 315lbs off the ground and then curling it 8 times is kinda difficult. Plus, almost my whole jym can not even squat that and they are gonna kick me off? uhuh.

curling 315?

Bullshit!

haha, I was kidding guys, but I heard of a guy in a local gym that did do it. His workout partner aparently smacked him around for a while and then he busted out 4 reps I think. I can do one in a half for 4 or 5.

Really for bicep development, straight bar curls are an excellent exercise that many many workout programs suggest.

yeah the bar is alot thicker then the shitty straight curl bars--

solution more squat racks my gym only has two and is pretty damn big
