One thing I HATE about the gym...

I hate highschool kids that come in packs of 5 and stand around looking at their GIGANTIC biceps in the mirror.
 
If a person doesn't work their legs, their a pussy in my book.

I did legs and arms yesterday. I cant bend my fucking legs, it took me 5 min. to walk up 8 stairs this morning. gotta love the burn!!!!
i should of drank a protein shake after the gym.

Ha ha ha, I used to be like that. When I was young and never really knew anything about lifting, I thought my biceps were huge and worked them out all the time. I'd even wear cut-off shirts to show my "massive guns" (I weighed 140 at that time!):)
 
Man I could be here all fuckin day. I hate fuckers that think there ripped and jacked but they weight a pwoonie 15lbs. Those assholes that stare in front of the mirror flexing and doin dumb shit. Am just like "dude your muscles aren't going anywhere they'll still be there after your trying to hit that 15lbs dumbbell curls. Mostly when they wear a short sleeve shirt and roll up there sleeves to see the sling shots they call arms.

Another thing that fuckin bothers me is those fudgepackers that sit on a machine doing bench for like 1 1/2 hours I swear, it's like man how many sets are you fuckers going to do. Don't walk around like you have massive Lats that i fuckin hate to a T.

last but not least idoits that do excercises that I would have never think of. I don't even want to talk about it, but don't do fuckin dumb ass routines pleeease.

What about the rampant pantsings that go on in gyms these days? Like when you're doing a really heavy set of squats and you come up from your last rep only to look down and see someone has pulled your pants to your ankles....oh no wait, I'm the one who is responsible for all the pantsings, nevermind.

Another thing I hate is people that throw/slam the weights down on the floor. I mean sometimes yes, it is neccessary, but some people do it every time! -If you can't lift the weight, then drop down.
