Hello guys,

I am trying to be at198, with 10% bf by July this year. The following are my stats:

Age: 36
Weight:250
Boby fat: 33%

I think I have a good diet and workout plan, but I need help in the supplement, and weight lost drugs.
 
multi-vitamins, fish oils, flax, protein. That's really all you need. At your weight/BF, getting into a good cutting diet with cardio and weights is all you need. Try to get a full night's sleep. Maybe when you get down to 15% BF consider thermogenics.

Light-moderate cardio in the morning when you wake up, about an hours worth (your body is fasting and your GI levels are low so fat will be burnt best). Take something with ephedra or caffeine in the morning before ya go running, then lift in afternoon. Shift your day around that and you should see some great results.
