what do you recommend for a 21 year old with supplements?

So I am 21 years old and I’m pretty new to weight training I have been working out for the past year off and on
I’m looking to try some supplements that can help me motivate and also push me in the gym
not sure if I need a pre-workout or something similar may be something after my workout to help it recovery I’m not really sure give me some ideas

creatine and protein powder only 2 i would suggest for your age

Being more consistent
 
best supplements I think is creatine for someone your age but I started steroids younger than you
