Ok and here a basic run down of what I been trying to eat on a daily basis.
Breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs and half can of corn beef hash.
Meal two- meat sauce and pasta
Meal three- protein shake and protein bar
Meal four- 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Meal five- home cooked meal that my wife makes
Hey guys so I know thIs run down of what I eat on a daily basis is definitely probably not the best, So would appreciate any advice and suggestions
 
Personally I would have got the bodyfat way down before running tren, what are your goals ?

@Beastmode78 you look great, positive start, but on tren big difference will come, you need to work on diet though

peanut butter and jelly sandwich? thats gotta go, you need to change that to a protein bar like quest

best you start adding meal pictures too

clearly your diet needs work, you need to start keeping closer track

you don't need five meals a day and you don't need protein shakes and protein bars let's start there
also meat sauce and pasta and jelly sandwiches? these aren't muscle-building Foods man these are just processed junk and kiddie foods

get on a real diet program with whole foods that your body will appreciate.
keep it simple

chicken, brocolli and brown rice for example. simply yet effective.
also why do you need five meals a day are you some type of professional that's on a bunch of stuff? Just stick to two solid meals a day that's all you need right now

right now you are putting regular fuel into a lambo so you are getting poor performance.
