Very nice update on this training from yesterday.
You keep that going, your conditioning will be fantastic.
 
Primo and testosterone are a great stack.
And I like the addition of the growth hormone that's a good dose.
 
Seated, hamstring curls are very important to help balance out your legs.
Too many people have very strong quads and weak hamstrings.
