Calf raises Smith machine
120kg AMRAP 3 sets

Lots of new veins presenting themselves due to getting more food in. Life is good. Work is busy. Still locked in and having a blast.

I gave you credit, for being honest, about your cheat meals, nothing wrong with that. As long as you're being honest, some people will hide it and still eat that anyway.
