1 hr cardio, 15 minutes hill and tempo sprints. 7 am


Deadlift T1 11 am
2 sets 8x45, 2 sets 6x65, 5x95, 5x105, 4 sets of 8 x 115, 5x85, 10x80

Goblet squats T2
2 sets of 10x 25
4 sets of 10x35


Meal 1 , 1 pm 2 n2slun 30 minutes before meal

152g baked potato
2 cups broccoli chopped
1 cup spinach , 2 Tbsp fish oil,
1 small tomato
5 oz g ground bison 90/10

Snack 3 pm

1 large granny smith apple

Meal 2 7:30 pm

2 cup red cabbage steamed
6 oz bison baked
1 tbsp Olive oil

Busy with travel and other things that will be hard to log etc over the next two weeks . starting Saturday . Hotel gyms but I’ll do my best traveling causes a lot of disruption.

How’s the weight loss journey so far? You seeing results?
Difficult to answer. I notice changes in how i feel and some changes in definition. Upper that’s typically where i see changes easiest.
I gain and lose the same 2 pounds but that’s not strange for me , most important is to measure and since jan 6 increased lbm, lost fat. Swap.
Lost an inch around the chest and waist, but thighs and hip stays stubborn, also typical and slightly frustrating. So recomp …
But it’s been two weeks since making some new diet changes and 12 days since i started the cardarine+ostarine. I know they help but I’m not expecting huge changein two weeks maybe in four .
