Decided to move weight up 40 lbs this week on SSB Squats as we are nearing the end of using this bar so wanted to go heavier. Got out 3 sets of 5 reps. Then we tried out a semi regular squat bar with a curve to ease the shoulders back into using a regular bar. So we might use the duffalo bar going forward now for the remainder of the cycle. It feels good, but my legs were already getting fried from the ssb squats beforehand. Would be nice to hit 425 for sets of 7 next week on duffalo bar. This basically seems a deload day since we hardly did any volume or execises. I think I will be refreshed for next week squats. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!
