hey brother so my carbs and fats vary day to day depending on training and what my work day was like but generally will look like this

Protein 250g
Carbs 450-600
Fats 100-150

@Blackout- That is a great meal prepping session. the protein pasta and beef bowls look incredible. chicken and white rice/brocolli also on point! i like it !
