The wide barbell squats and reverse lunges destroyed my adductors/glutes today and finishing off with the leg extension superset into sissy squats was a filthy quad pump at the end.
I'm ready to tone down my log now for my upcoming holiday. PED use will drop back to TRT dose after tomorrow and I'll cruise for a month or so now, dropping back to intensity and giving my joints a rest.
