Looking for something for the wife to help her drop a few lbs

My wife has been hitting the gym hard for the last 8 months or so. Shes lost a few lbs but she's having trouble losing the pooch from when she had our son. She's 5'7 129lbs and would like to drop about 5-7 lbs. Mainly stomach and thighs. She asked me what she could take to help out. I've been helping her with her diet and tracking it. She uses fitday to track her calorie intake and has been doing pretty good (minus the holidays) but something for fat burning would be best for her. She Jogs and Uses the elliptical machine at our gym. Totals about 6 miles in about 40 mins. I'm just now tracking her progress in the gym and pushing her to do more and do it faster to burn more fat. What sups should she take that are safe for her?

She sounds like she's doing great, Check out the Women's section, maybe encourage her to read the stickies there, and post up on her own.
I've not had kids, but from what I hear, it can take some time to get flat again. If the skin is stretched out, she might have more difficulty there.

trex. Its not excess skin its a small area of fat. Only thing with lipoflame is will it take weight from T&A. lol. I don't want something that drops my funbags and her butt off the map. That seems to be the first place that weight drops from women.

You wil NOT find a spot reducer that ACTUALLY works well enough to matter, she needs to risk it or not basically...Just like there is no magic pill for putting on muscle and getting ripped, there is no REAL spot reducer, if her body is going to burn fat it is going to burn it from where IT wants.
