My wife has been hitting the gym hard for the last 8 months or so. Shes lost a few lbs but she's having trouble losing the pooch from when she had our son. She's 5'7 129lbs and would like to drop about 5-7 lbs. Mainly stomach and thighs. She asked me what she could take to help out. I've been helping her with her diet and tracking it. She uses fitday to track her calorie intake and has been doing pretty good (minus the holidays) but something for fat burning would be best for her. She Jogs and Uses the elliptical machine at our gym. Totals about 6 miles in about 40 mins. I'm just now tracking her progress in the gym and pushing her to do more and do it faster to burn more fat. What sups should she take that are safe for her?
