Just found out a friend of mine got attacked by a dog

why isn't it possible?? it can NOT be that hard to track down the breeder and the previous owner of the dog.. and IF you kill the dog.. you MUST also kill the breeder and owner.. it's only right.. plus.. that's only one dog.. if you don't kill the breeder and previous owner.. then they could wind up putting thousands of viscous dogs out on the streets before it's all said and done..

kill the human.. not the animal..

btw.. no i'm not serious about killing the owner and breeder.. as i'm against killling anything at all.. i'm really only serious about NOT killing the dog.. but must use the killing the owner and breeder to emphasize my point..

as for the mix of breeds and their resulting in more aggressive animals.. i disagree with you completely.. it's not the breed.. it's how it's raised and trained.. and again.. even if this really were the case.. the fault again lies with the human being that plays mother nature and breeds the dogs.. not the dogs themselves.. so if that chow/shepherd mix does indeed hurt someone.. go kill the breeder and owner.. and not the dog..

oh.. i forgot to tell you .. i was checking out this book at borders.. it walked one through the seven methods of tibetan mind teaching... (or something like that).. i didn't have time to buy it... but i'll prolly pick up this weekend so i have something to read on the plane.. it looked as though it'll be pretty useful in assisting me in getting my thoughts/actions/behaviors on the right track toward enlightment.. i'll let you know how it is.

What if it was a wild dog? From what I've read, no one really knows where the dog was before the shelter so you could be trying to blame someone that doesn't exist. Depending on where the dog was found geographically, it could be a possibility that it grew up on it's own.
