im 15 yrs old and i only weight 125....how can i get more weight faster

creatine is great in bettering one's endurance and also tends to hold water. People have been known to gain an initaaly 5-8 lbs of water weight when going on creatine. Just know that once you go off, the water weight will deplete.
Also, add some more protein calories to your diet, What is your diet like right now?
Avoid AS and ph's until you have reached your natural potential
Oh yea, and be pateint... If you train right, eat right, and rest right, you will deffinilty pack on some mass
 
Food,nothing is more anabolic than food,if you have access to food, take it orally year-round.i gained lot of weight doing a food cycle!you can get it almost everywhere!
 
What is your training like?

What does your workout routine? I put on 25 lbs during my first five months of training. I was consistant, and trained heavy. I am currently 180 lbs but that is with the help of 1-ad. Anyhow do not worry about that stuff now. Cycle Creatine, make sure your protein intake is good. Evaluate your trainning.
 
how can you eat a lot and not gain anything? your definition of "alot" must be flawed... base your diet on your metabolism, not on someone else's.. if you eatting a lot and not gaining, then obviously "A LOT" isn't enough... eat more than " a lot" and you'll gain..

how about post what your eating ane we'll tell you if it's enough....you may consider it alot ,but if you are not gaing bottom line is it's not.

although i think its a great idea keep im mind he is 15! lol..id say about 150-200 grams of protein per day about 3000 calories work out 5 times per week..
