Porky, I think your plan sounds good. I believe cardio is the answer along with lifting and diet. T-rex is a great product and will speed you to your goal. I have lost 2 waist sizes this summer with T-rex, cardio, and lifting, and yes gear. But I think the cardio,diet and T-rex were instrumental.
